Om din vært

My name is Silvia and from 2011 I turned my passion for bread into work. Thanks to my parents we grow organic ancient cereals in our land that I transform into bread, biscuits, pasta etc .. During this course I will teach you the basics to make at home an excellent bread with mother dough and stone ground flours.

Hvad vi skal lave

You will be greeted by a small breakfast of bread and oil (all home made of course!) while I will present you my work. First of all I will show you my dough technique, then you will be making your own bread. During the leavening I will talk about the ancient grains, leavening and flour. When the bread will be ready, we will cook it in the electric oven and then we will prepare lunch all together…
