Join me for this awesome guided trail running adventure on and around iconic Pendle Hill, Lancashire. Ideally, you’ll have some trail running experience, but if not, I’ll take very good care of you. The exact nature of the run will depend on your level of ambition and experience but I must stress that it will be non-competitive throughout – we’ll be moving at a very social pace and chatting as we go. This area boasts some amazing countryside, so we'll take time out to stop and fully appreciate its features. We'll finish the morning with a visit to a fantastic café where you'll be able to top up your fluids and replenish your energy with some tasty food. Refuelling is important and happens to be one of my very favourite activities. While we’re out and about, feel free to pick my brain about any aspect of running or health & fitness in general. I’m passionate about the benefits of nature’s gym and believe there’s nothing to beat a bit of ‘me time’ on the trails. I'm very confident of managing any individual or a small group, and guarantee I'll do my best to make experiencing this scenic, mildly undulating, guided trail run an enjoyable one.
As a passionate trail runner, I’ve spent over fifteen years building up a vast network of intricate trails, mainly in the North West of England, and have been guiding groups and individuals on unique routes with 'Love Trail Running' for more than 7 years. I'm an active, L3 BTF qualified coach with a valid ITC outdoor first aid certificate and take people’s safety seriously. Definitely a people person, I enjoy nothing more than providing high quality, friendly, fun and challenging, trail-running experience.

One of my favourite places to run is on majestic Pendle Hill. My trail running knowledge is extensive, especially so in the incredibly beautiful Ribble Valley & its surrounding areas. I've built up a huge network of off-road routes that I love to showcase. Ideally, guests should have some off-road running experience. It’s best if you’ve got plenty of time – the whole experience is better if you’re not clock watching. It's not a hard training session!
