Enjoy a revitalizing morning of mindful Self-Development in the middle of Seattle. This Helpful Lesson (loaded with tools), urban hike* and guided meditation begins in the famous floating-home neighborhood of Eastlake —just 2 miles north of Pike Place.

We’ll meet at a local artesian bakery, a B-corporation with delicious breads and roots in the Pacific Northwest. There, we’ll go over the MINDFULNESS LESSON and some Awareness exercises to solidify our practice.

Afterwards, we’ll head out to explore, observe, and enjoy Nature. We'll hike up the hill, weaving through an incredibly unique park underneath the highway, hit a local hot-spot, and emerge into a beautiful hidden garden. Get your cells ready to enhance their vibrations via a guided meditation with panoramic views of the city...get ready to revitalize by the water, embrace new possibilities, and set yourself up for a wonderful day!

We will be in Seattle's neighborhood of floating homes, Eastlake. The lesson and mindfulness practice will be held on the south side of the neighborhood at an artesian bakery. This local establishment makes delicious breads and builds community, so it's a great place to practice Awareness. This experience was so therapeutic and fulfilling. I felt the concepts she spoke about were brought with a fresh perspective and she encouraged the incorporation of it throughout our time together. I was able to create personalized notes to take with me and she also put in place unique touches throughout the journey. The hike ended in a beautiful garden and a wonderful view of Seattle. Her personality is so warm and kind and someone easy to connect with. I definitely recommend this experience!

Deyani is really nice person. Though I’m not a native speaker of English she talked to me with care and I felt welcome and comfortable. This includes both mental and physical exercises, and I feel better after this experience! It was really nice experience.

It's a very memorable experience in a lovely neighborhood. I've learnt more about meditation and meditative activities from Deyani the host. She's knowledgeable in personal healing and growth. It's a nourished, customized and deep connected experience. I really recommend it!
