Kickstart your morning with the ultimate feel-good package! Enjoy a fun, invigorating and unique workout on the beach tailored for all ages and skill levels.

Classes look something like..

Team games,
Guided strength-based exercises,
FiSand dune conditioning
Optional (yet recommended) ocean dip,
Freshly made breakfast bowl.

This workout is for you, so it’s only as hard as you want to make it!

We begin with a warm-up of team games to get used to the soft sand. We then move to our guided workout using a variety of functional strength-based exercises. I'll supply equipment but we can also use stones, logs or the dunes for a unique take on your normal routine. Your muscles will have to work harder on the sand.

Sessions can be modified to suit all ages, experience and abilities. Everyone is welcome to join and you can push yourself as hard as you like!

Now it's time to tackle the sand dunes for some conditioning that will seriously test you physically and mentally!

If you're feeling brave, pack the speedos and finish with a refreshing dip in the sea. While optional it is definitely recommended!

I have 8 years of experience working within the health & fitness industry coaching a variety of clients, group sessions and athletes. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport & Exercise Science, experienced level 3 Personal Trainer and wellbeing facilitator. As well as coaching, I deliver a diabetes prevention program to support individuals to make healthier & sustainable changes to their lifestyle.

I grew up surfing around the beautiful coastline of North Devon which I am lucky enough to call home. I have spent many years travelling & living in multiple countries. Some highlights are backpacking South East Asia, coaching & working in Melbourne's cafe culture & spending the winter bartending in an Austrian ski resort. I am grateful to combine my passion & knowledge in health and fitness with the local knowledge of the Devon area.

I’ll meet you in the Saunton Sands car park before taking a short walk to down to the beach to get moving! You may also request for this experience to take place at Croyde or Woolacombe beach if you would prefer a different location to Saunton - just let me know!

After the optional cool down dip, you will enjoy a freshly made breakfast bowl on the beach or a nearby lookout showcasing the beautiful beach view.

Everyone should give this bootcamp a try, if for nothing more than to start the day off on a beautiful beach. Its a perfect mix of fun, friendship combined with just the right level of motivation and intensity. No matter what your level of fitness is, George adapts the session around you and you get a bonus breakfast at the end. What more could you ask for?!

Great Beach Boot Camp with George! I only had a couple of days before heading home and George managed to reorganise and make sure I didn’t miss out on this experience. Working out with the most beautiful sunset was amazing - great resistance from the sand and loveddddd the smoothie bowl afterwards! Totally recommend for all those ready to cover themselves in sand!

We met George on Croyde beach and had a great PT session - it was just me and my boyfriend so felt very personal and catered to our ability. George was really friendly and encouraging - he brought some equipment and made the session fun but challenging. The breakfast bowl was really tasty and healthy. This experience could be amended for groups or to do as a family.

We had an early morning session with George. He was friendly and interactive from the get- go! Great workout on the beach which was the perfect location for us. He made it a fun and enjoyable! George was fantastic. We were lucky enough to be the only people on the experience, so George was able to really engage with us. Given that we’re both active normally, George catered to us and made the experience challenging (we’re both aching already, and have appetites to rival kings). What an experience to do burpees on the way to the sea!
