Det skal I lave

Core muscles are some of the most important muscle groups for anyone, not only for a professional pole vaulter. Whether you are an athlete looking to improve your performance or an infrequent gym-goer looking to lose a few pounds, this is an exclusive opportunity to experience and participate in my daily core workout. We will do several sets of ab and back workouts, as well as stretches.

We will start with easier exercises to warm up, and gradually move on to more challenging ones. We will be doing some yoga stretches between the sets, as I've discovered that this is the best core-strengthening sequence. All of my exercises have been refined from martial arts, yoga, physical therapy, and essential track and field workouts.

After the ab session is done we'll have some time for questions where guests can me anything about an Olympic pole vaulter's routine, diet, motivation, goal setting, my journey to the Olympics, and more.

I'm an Olympic pole vaulter and was a finalist at the 2016 Rio Games. I'm currently actively training for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. I’ve learned yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy from a Yoga master, Buddhist monks, and an image medicine master. I've been practicing this for over 10 years. I've also been studying and practicing trigger point and myofascial release techniques for several years throughout my athletic career. Additionally, I'm a martial arts expert and one of two certified instructors of the Warfare Combat system in the U.S. From these non-traditional approaches, I know how to sync the body with the power around and inside us. I've learned how to manifest consciousness to its full potential and I can help you incorporate these lessons into your life.

This Experience was a great workout not easy so expect a challenge (for some!). Great yogic stretches also. We even had time for some amazing insight into Pauls training and focus. Thank you Pauls and good luck!

Great mix of abs and back exercises with Pauls -- he really tries to ensure that core musculature is balanced in development so as to prevent injury, which is key for sustainable abs workouts. Thanks for the session, Pauls!

I was little worried it would be a serious abs training but he put stretch in between which was very nice. He was very friendly and tried to understand our physical abilities before the lesson. There are some new moves for me and some were pretty hard so now I know what I need to work on. Also, it was a good experience to talk to an Olympic pole vaulter and learn about it. Perfect exercise for stay-home situation. Thank you, Mr. Pauls Pujats!

I really enjoyed this experience! To be honest, ab workouts are not my favourite but Pauls program really made it quite painless. Ok, I shouldn't say there was no pain because it still hurt(!) - but the interval exercises which were more stretching type helped me get through more ab/back exercises than I can usually manage! Pauls also helped recommend some stretches and exercises for a knee injury one of the participants had, which I found super helpful. And then he rounded off by showing us some awesome spidey-trick which none of us could do...just in case anyone is wondering if its challenging enough, I've no doubt Pauls will find something fun for you! I took this as part of the experiences beta tester program.

I was a bit nervous that training with an Olympian might be intimidating, but from the very beginning Pauls created an environment that was welcoming and comfortable. He’s an incredible athlete with tremendous amount of knowledge about physical fitness. This class is not only about offering a routine that is physically impactful, but he goes further to offer direct recommendations for people who have physical injuries and/or restrictions. This felt more like a personal training session than a standard online class. I would absolutely sign up for regular sessions with Pauls as part of my routine physical fitness regimen.

Pauls ab workout is a great combination of high intensity core exercises and stretching. Really enjoyed it as he wasted no time in going right in to the workout and checking with participants about any problem areas like knees and proceeded to share specific exercises to fortify that going over time. Would highly recommend for people in need of a real Olympian trainer and solid workout! Was great!
