In this online experience, I start by sharing about my meditation practice. Next, we’ll do two types of meditation together.

First is a chanting mantra for 20 minutes. This type of meditation allows you to go deep into your practice. Next we will do a 10-minute breathing-out meditation. Afterwards, you’ll share your questions and reflections on the practice.

I am also happy to offer other meditations, such as meditation with a candle or mirror, Qigong, Sutra copying, and counting meditation, one of the basic Zen practices.

I've been a Buddhist monk for nearly 20 years. I worked in Shitennoji Temple for 12 years as a monk, doing zen meditation. I have been doing guided meditations for Airbnb guests for six years, welcoming nearly 8,000 guests.

I believe meditation is one of the best ways for people to find a better life via a healthy body and mind.

I had a lot of fun. The chanting mediation was amazing. Following it with breath mediation was unexpected and really rejuvenating. Kuniatsu creates an experience with much energy and joy!

Kuniatsu's joy is contagious. His explantations of the benefits of chanting and breathing meditations were engaging and he did a marvelous job of guiding the group through the mediations. I did this event with co-workers and I was afraid it might be strange to meditate together over Zoom, but it wasn't at all! I highly recommend to anyone with any interest in mindfulness. I left this session feeling wonderful.

What a wonderful experience, highly recommended for beginners to meditation or for seasoned pros alike. I was lucky enough to have a private session although I made a group booking and Kuniatsu explained everything and I instantly felt at ease. Very enjoyable, educational and relaxing experience.

This was a great interactive experience. Kuniatsu makes you feel safe during discussion and mutes during the mantra (which was something I was stressing about, so that was nice). He’s also a funny character who is great at communicating. Very happy with my experience.

This meditation experience was better than I expected: Suzuki San was very funny, he taught chanting in an animated way with a lot of facial expressions that were unexpected on Zoom, and the chanting and meditative experience were invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Try it out if you have never done a Zoom meditation before!
