Det skal I lave

The meet-up point is Botanic Gardens MRT Exit A. A lovely 5-minute walk into the Botanic Gardens, Singapore’s first UNESCO Heritage Site, leads to an ideal spot surrounded by greenery and sunshine near the Eco-Lake. This is where I will conduct the one-hour yoga session. Participants will learn the basics of hatha yoga, the ancient Indian art of healing and toning the body and mind, bringing about a sense of calm and peace through postures (asanas), breathing exercises and concentration. After the yoga session, participants are free to explore and enjoy the rest of the Botanic Gardens. It’s also a time to make acquaintances, forge friendships and enjoy each other’s company. This is my yoga experience - rooted in self-realisation, nature, and friendships. :)

A sVYASA and RYT200-certified yoga instructor and avid yoga practitioner of 7 years, it’s my passion to inspire physical and emotional wellness through yoga techniques. Besides leading weekly Keep Fit Morning Yoga at Vyasa Yoga & Ayurveda Singapore, I also conduct private group and individual classes in 3 languages. Born in China, brought up in Japan and now married to a Singaporean, I bring my unique cross-cultural mindset into my yoga instruction. Besides being fluent in Mandarin, Japanese and English, I am keenly aware of various cultures’ learning characteristics. The cross-cultural exchanges and interactions after class is also an added bonus for my students and I. :)
