Make, Bake and Take (maximum of 8 - pls enquire for larger group requests) Dive into a traditional family run restaurant's kitchen at U Giancu with Chef Fausto, and experience hands-on cooking of Ligurian dishes prepared using fresh local ingredients. Explore the orchard, visit the small craft beer brewery obtained by restoring the old olive press and spend the morning mixing, cutting and baking some of the restaurant's most popular dishes - then take them home to enjoy! At the end of the morning guests will be given food containers to take away all the dishes that they will have made, along with a bottle or wine or craft beer. An U Giancu Restaurant Recipe Book (English) will also be distributed for every 2 guests. Dining with the prepared dishes at the restaurant in the evening of the same day is also an option, please enquire for details and costs. Ciao, my name is Fausto and I was born in the tiny country village of San Massimo - Rapallo among olive groves where my place still is. I love sharing my experiences with guests from all over the world. I like to cook everything my mother and aunt have taught me since when I was a child, while listening to music.
