I have been studying & practicing meditation for over decades. These being Mantra, Mindfulness, Vipassana, breath awareness, & Zen Meditation practices. I've been doing walking mindfulness meditations for many years and now regularly practice it when I'm out and about. Mindfulness meditation cannot be forced but rather you create the environment in your brain/body which allows the mind of its own volition to enter the meditation state.
