If you need an endurance-focused workout, and are bored with all your other choices, this is it. The plan is constant movement against the resistance of the cord and usually begins with lunges, push-ups, squats, etc. Then you move on to more active things like lateral shuffling, jumping or running.
During your first class, learning the movements and flying safely are the top priority. After your first class, you will continue to learn how to work with the bungee cord to further engage your core. As you become confident in the bungee movements, you will be able to jump higher, do advanced moves..

Prior to your class, you must let us know your height and weight as we have to prepare, adjust the bungees to match your height and weight before the class starts.

First of all, my very first time doing Bungee Fitness and Beri manage to tailor the difficulty to my level, allowing me to have the most fun! Beri has great energy level and of course very professional at the all times. It was not easy, but definitely a unique experience and a great mid-day activity to boost my energy for the rest of my day. If you are into something new and fun, this is it! Come and join Beri 😄

It was full of fun. Me and my daughter had a private lesson. Beri is so nice and a great instructor. We had great time, fun and really get wet at the end of the class.. Extreamly recomended !

The Bungee Fitness class with Beri was so much fun, and Beri is a great and kind instructor. We had never done it before, but Beri explained everything perfectly and made it really easy for us. We would definitely do Bungee Fitness again and can 100 % recommend Beri‘s class if you want to do something unconventional, fun and active.

This experience was totaly amazing. I bookd a session together with my wife. Beri made a custom session just for us, good explaning thru the session and a very friendly person. I highly recommend this to others! Totaly worth every penny. We will be back.

Comfortable gym clothes, sport shoes and water
Working in harness is great fun but can be a little tough on your skin. We recommend wearing several layers around your hips & waist for maximum comfort. advises first-timers to wear an extra pair of shorts since the harness can irritate the inside of you
