Det skal I lave
You will get to see the picturesque landscape along the well-maintained waterfront cycling path in the new territories of Hong Kong. We will stop for some tasty local snacks, traditional temples, old and new buildings and colonial architecture. I will share with you the stories behind each place. And what’s more fun than enjoying all of these with an intimate bike outing! After we return the bike, we will visit one of the largest wet markets in Hong Kong, handpick some of the freshest seafood from the vendors and go to a local restaurant where they will prepare a hearty meal for us.

Growing up from a chefs family, working as a columnist and a local guide, I enjoy discovering stories not only about food but all the more about people. I love good discussions and I’d love to share with you all the interesting things about where you and I have been living. I’m fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese but languages are only one of the many ways of communications. ;)
