Det skal I lave
During this 3 hour experience, you will not only sample many different types of gin, but also create your very own bottle using the botanicals and distilling techniques you learn on the day. This hands-on experience includes expert tuition from myself. I'll teach you how different botanicals are used to extract flavours and how the right tonic, mixer or garnish can be paired to create the perfect G&T. Under the watchful eye, you will select your botanicals and distill your very own gin in a miniature copper pot still. Finally, you will bottle and label your gin ready to take home with you.

My name is Andrew Wilson and I am the Owner and Head Distiller of the Gin Jamboree Distillery and Gin School. With over 40 years experience in the Wine and Spirits trade, I wanted to share my passion and knowledge so I opened the doors to my very own distillery, gin school, events space and bar in the fabulous setting of a Victorian School House. Here in my home county of Staffordshire, guests can visit us to enjoy and learn about all thing Gin. We have a selection of over 200 different types of Gin from all around the world, not just the ones we make, and they are all available to try whilst I guide you through what makes each of them unique.

This experience takes place at The Old School House, Tittensor. It was originally built in 1861 by the Duke of Sutherland as a working school for the children of Tittensor and Barlaston, and has since enjoyed a number of uses. It is located just 1 mile from the Trentham Estate and only 3 minutes from the M6 motorway.
