This is a pop up experience only available for a few days in Los Angeles! Directly from Florence, Italy, with love! We will start with a welcome Italian Moka espresso coffee and cookies to get to know each other a little bit. Then we will get right to the action by starting to prepare the vegetables for the sauce of the day, we'll choose toghether following the season and your preference! Meanwhile we will prepare the filling for the Ravioli: I'll show you how to do a really tasty filling with ricotta and spinaches, salt pepper and nutmag. Then we will start with flour and eggs and hands in dough! From the base of the dough you will do in first person, from scratch, following my instructions, three different shapes of pasta. After making the dough rest for about twenty minutes, we will roll it out by hand and start making shapes for Ravioli & Tagliatelle, but not without a small aperitif with wine and extra vergin olive oil from Tuscany! It is already time to prepare another dough, the one for the Gnocchi with flour and potatoes. Our menu is ready: gnocchi with pesto, tagliatelle with special sauce and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinaches with butter and sage sauce. Together we will cook the pasta and prepare the table to eat together all the fresh pasta you have made! Salute! And buon appetito!!! Plenty of red wine from Montalcino (homeland of Brunello) on the house

Hello! I am Francesca, Italian passionate about cooking and gastronomy. I learned the art of fresh pasta from my grandmothers and from Marzia Sassetti, a friend and pastamaker, a true guru of fresh pasta. I love sharing this passion of mine all around the world. I worked with several pastamakers who taught me some tricks of the trade. This experience won the "airbnb most successful newbie Florence Award 2018". I worked in the restaurant business for years, and this has helped me know how to organize people during meals, help them learn new things and share moments of conviviality. Together with other friends I often organize gastronomic themed events. I will wait for you in a good vibes atmosphere in one of the many pop up locations where I will be around the world!
