Greetings in the Indian way! This is a great opportunity to encast, as personal training are so expensive and this is a super deal!! Before beginning the session, we would take the opportunity to understand your body and mind. According to the understanding, I will customize the session according to your body type and needs. Practice can range from breathing techniques, vinyasa flow, traditional yogic practices, cleansing techniques, customizing it if you have any ailments or injury, working on mind that is till the most advanced stress management techniques like Yoga Nidra, chakra healing, energizing techniques and more. It will be a quite comfortable interactive session and leave the class energized, completed relaxed and refreshed. Also, take home some techniques which you can implement in your daily life. Hei, I am Dhanalakshmi from Bangalore, India. Currently pursing my master's at the University of Oslo. I am also a founder of Positive Yoga Institute which is based in India. I am an internationally certified yoga trainer and yoga therapist and have a formal degree for the same. I have been teaching yoga for the past few years now. I regularly conduct workshops and seminars focusing on how to find a relief from ailments by practicing yoga. I believe yoga is not about progressing from basic posture to advanced posture, rather it is the progression from physical consciousness to mental consciousness. ''Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of mind - Patanjali Yoga Sutra'' I also give Skype sessions on daily basis, I have also conducted some workshops in UK, Sweden, Norway, India, Singapore and Italy.
