What kind of photos will I get?

You’ll get a set of 2-3 photos per room. Each photo will follow our recommended style guidelines, which means they’ll be naturally lit, warm, and inviting for potential guests. You can learn more about our photography style here: https://www.airbnb.com/d/pro-photo-guide

How do I prepare for the photoshoot?

Make sure your home is tidy and clutter-free before the shoot. We also recommend reviewing this styling checklist for more tips: https://www.airbnb.com/d/home-photo-styling-tips

How long does it take?

Once you’re matched with a photographer, they’ll send you a message through Airbnb to schedule your photoshoot. After the shoot, your photographer will edit and upload your photos, and they’ll be reviewed by our team of editors to make sure everything looks just right. We’ll notify you as soon as your photos are live on your listing. This process typically takes about 2 weeks.

How much does it cost?

The price of professional photography is determined by your listing’s size and location. After signing up, you will receive a quote via email within 24 hours. You will be free to decided to move forward or not.

When do I pay?

You won’t be charged until the photos are live on your listing. The cost of your photoshoot will be subtracted from your next payout, even if your next payout comes from a different listing. If the payout is less than the cost of the photoshoot, we’ll subtract the remaining balance from future payouts until you’re paid in full. If you choose to cancel before the shoot, you won’t be charged.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give your photographer at least 24 hours’ notice if you need reschedule or cancel your photoshoot. To reschedule, contact your photographer directly by phone or through your Airbnb messages. To cancel, just scroll up to find your listing and select that option.

I have multiple listings, can I request for more than 1?

Yes! To do so, please email us. Make sure you include your Listing ID and title in the email. The email will be visible after you submit the form a first time.

Can I select my photographer?

All Airbnb photographers are vetted and trained to closely follow Airbnb’s Creative guidelines. You will be connected with a photographer based on their availability and location. (We unfortunately do not allow hosts to choose the photographer.)

When will I receive my images?

Our goal is to retouch your images and upload them to your Airbnb listing page within one week of the photoshoot. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to move them around, delete, and add captions.
