The house is 1.5 miles from downtown and just over 2 miles from the SU dome. Right across the street is the Rosamond Gifford Zoo and beautiful Burnet Park. The house itself features a lovely enclosed, 3-season porch and a chef's kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one full and one king. Smart TV in the living room for nights in!
