Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. Finally, we will eat pizza and drink some complimentary wine to celebrate life as Italians do. Other things to note Sorry, we can't provide gluten-free or vegan food. We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 8 days after the session. If you want a private photoshoot, a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Dopo aver messo in acqua la barca ed armato le vele, proveremo a sfruttare la forza del vento per dirigere verso alcune delle più belle località turistiche del lago di Como: Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio. Impareremo i nomi delle vele e delle manovre, le regolazioni della vela randa e del genoa secondo la provenienza del vento e l'andatura della barca; vi illustrerò come tenere il timone e lo scafo sempre veloce con le vele regolate per sfruttare al massimo la pressione dell'aria. Faremo prove di ormeggio al gavitello, ed in banchina. Proveremo il cambio delle vele secondo l'intensità del vento e dell'andatura della barca, in modo tale che a fine giornata l'ospite avrà una panoramica generale di cosa voglia dire sfruttare il vento per muoversi sull'acqua in sicurezza. Sì perchè farò accenno anche a cosa si deve fare e non fare in mare per poter sempre veleggiare in completa sicurezza ed evitare episodi spiacevoli quando le condizioni meteorologiche cambiano anche improvvisamente. Non mancheranno i momenti di relax, e perchè no, un tuffo in acqua se la giornata lo permetterà. A differenza dei corsi di vela veri e propri, non prevedo lezioni specifiche suddivise in più giornate, in quanto non è lo scopo dell'esperienza: che sarà provare la sensazione e capire cosa vuol dire andare a vela sfruttando qualcosa che non si vede ma solo si sente: il vento, il vero motore della barca. Altre cose da tenere a mente E' richiesto agli ospiti di saper nuotare o stare a galla, e di avere confidenzialità con l'acqua. Non esiste il pericolo di soffrire di mal di mare.

Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno per poi imbarcarci dal pontile privato. Ospiteremo un massimo di 10 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. In this experience I will show you my city walking through the alleys and stairways of Bellagio. We will stop to admire Lake Como from a point where the view from above is wonderful. I'll tell you anecdotes of my city and we'll get to know each other a bit during the course. We will arrive down to the edge of the lake and walk a bit along the lakefront where the landscape becomes all close together. Here we will have the Lake and the mountains behind you. Half of the time we will be in the middle of the alleys and the other half by the lake. In all this time I will take photos of you, we will do some poses and some natural photos. I will explain how to pose to look as natural as possible. You will have the photos within a maximum of 6 days. I am a "Bellagino" and it is an honor for me to show you my town. I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. Follow the quiet cycle path that was originally the old railway line connecting Lake Como to Lake Lugano. Pass the charming Lake Piano nature reserve, hidden Romanesque churches and tiny villages before arriving directly on the beach of Lake Lugano with expansive views across the water. Explore the old centre of Porlezza, the perfect spot for an ice-cream or aperitivo, before starting the climb into the mountains. Ride a section of original medieval road and weave through the quaint village squares of Velzo and Naggio. Finish with a panoramic downhill ride with views across Lake Como. This active experience showcases the diverse scenery of the area and shares fun anecdotes of real people's lives. Difficulty: This is a mini adventure of 28km with uphills, downhills, narrow village roads and easy gravel sections. Athleticism and confidence on a geared bike are required. Vivi un'esperienza unica sui colli della bellissima Città Alta. Perditi nella bellezza di luoghi sconosciuti frequentati solo dalla gente del posto. Unisci la voglia di stare all'aria aperta con la scoperta di nuovi fantastici paesaggi. Passa del tempo con un nuovo amico a quattro zampe. Inizia dalla Scala di Santa grata e passando per vicolo contradello raggiungi la scalinata dello Scorlazzino. Prosegui costeggiando l'antico acquedotto Romano e ammira la fantastica vista dai terrazzamenti di Case Moroni. Goditi la discesa finale osservando Città Alta da una posizione sopraelevata. Il tour si sviluppa su di un percorso ad anello e si svolgerá su terreni misti (ciottolato, asfalto e terreni sconnessi). La lunghezza del percorso è di circa 6.5km, con un dislivello positivo di 200m.

With the very iconic and sleek Tullio Abbate motorboat - designed and manufactured in the area - we will be visiting many of the most iconic spots of the lake (as the beautiful Torno, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Villa Geno, Former Villa Versace, Villa D'Este, Como lake front etc.). The tour can also be designed with our visitors, with the aim of tailoring the experience as much as possible to the preferences of the guests. Additional destinations can be proposed and discussed together (as Nesso, Argegno, Villa del Balbianello, Bellagio), and depending on the distance a surcharge can be requested. I am very convinced that experiencing the beauty of Lake Como directly from the lake, on a private motorboat, is a world-class experience and a must-do activity once in a lifetime!

We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 8 days after the session. If you want a private photoshoot, a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. During the lesson you will learn how to do: - fresh hand made pasta ( tagliatelle, bow ties, garganelli, tagliolini, pappardelle, colored pasta and different flours) - ravioli e tortelli - spaghetti alla carbonara menu can be change according to your exigences (veggie, no pork ,...). if you want something different let me know if the group agree we will do! If you want other days or hours, just write me and i will do my best to satisfy you. I would love to invite you to spend a wonderful afternoon in my lake house, with beautiful views of the lake, cooking and eating delicious Italian food paired with local Italian wines. I am passionate about good food and home cooking. But I am more passionate about making good home cooking easy and accessible. And nothing makes me happier than hearing about folks going home and making what they have learnt for friends and family with confidence and loving it. You will learn some tricks and tips to making Italian home cooking effortless, but more importantly you will have a beautiful afternoon with views of the lake as you enjoy delicious food and wines. In this experience I will show you my city walking through the alleys and stairways of Bellagio. We will stop to admire Lake Como from a point where the view from above is wonderful. I'll tell you anecdotes of my city and we'll get to know each other a bit during the course. We will arrive down to the edge of the lake and walk a bit along the lakefront where the landscape becomes all close together. Here we will have the Lake and the mountains behind you. Half of the time we will be in the middle of the alleys and the other half by the lake. In all this time I will take photos of you, we will do some poses and some natural photos. I will explain how to pose to look as natural as possible. You will have the photos within a maximum of 6 days. I am a "Bellagino" and it is an honor for me to show you my town. If you want me outside Bellagio do you need to book like a private group.
